My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my passion for helping people explore their inner world and my own meaningful experiences with therapists in my journey. My parents are passionate members of the people-helping field in their own realms, and I’m so excited to walk alongside clients in this realm! I believe that healing begins with connection and curiosity, and I’ve always been inspired by the courage it takes to seek growth and transformation.
Whether in my studies, working with clients, or exploring my own journey, I’ve witnessed the incredible power of self-awareness, our internal narratives and resilient relationships! I am very relational by nature, and I feel so filled when providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. This has fueled my desire to support others as they move through life’s challenges and discover their own strengths.
You can find me practicing yoga, beading, hiking, discovering cool coffee shops and new restaurants, getting in a workout with a friend, or watching a classic movie with my loved ones at home. I haven’t been in the Springs for very long and am falling in love with all there is to do and see!
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing. My approach combines warmth and compassion with the tools to gently challenge you to dig deeper and uncover patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back.
I use a blend of classic and trauma-informed methods, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, somatic interventions/mindfulness exercises, Adlerian theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. I would be honored to help you explore the "roots" of your experiences and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
When we begin, we’ll take time to understand your goals and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and create a personalized plan to help you feel more balanced, in control, and connected. Your preferences matter, and I’m excited to hear about what makes you unique!
Let’s connect and explore what’s possible for you!
